I'd go to Dantooine first, primarily because you get your unique lightsaber crystal there. However, now I prefer to go to Dantooine second because of all the possible lightsaber crystals and from there go Dxun/Onderon-Korriban-(M4-78 if you have it)-then back to Dxun/Onderon. I still go to Nar Shaddaa first because in addition to getting a lightsaber and one of two possible companions, you are guaranteed to have all the parts for HK-47 by the time you leave (although if you have TSLRCM, this may be possible if you go to other planets first. When I first played this on Xbox years ago, I followed the recommendation in the official guide that recommended Nar Shaddaa-Dxun/Onderon-Dantooine-Korriban-Dxun/Onderon Part 2. So completing Nar Shaddaa earlier, fills your character roster faster. So no matter what your alignment, 2 of your companions to find will come from Nar Shadaa. The trigger you need to come across to do so is on Nar Shadaa in refugee sector.And while cerberus suggests going there for a character if lightsided, I argue to do so regardless, since in addition to the allignment based character (Mira if light, Hanharr if dark), you also get G0T0. Well Nar Shadda should always be the 1st stop after Peragus and Telos for several reasons.In addition to the reasons mentiones above allready, I would add that if you can allready have enough influence with Anton, to turn him to a force user extremely early. No LS/DS for smashing the eggs, so hack away!
But I would also recommend smashing all the Kinrath eggs, because they'll have some crystals of their own. Adegan, Rubat, and Bondar crystals are in the cave crystal formations when you go there in KotOR II. Then keep hugging the East wall towards South and you'll find the entrance to the Cave.
